BOOKING INFORMATION

Booking fee
Ticket prices include any booking fees and a restoration levy whether purchased online, by phone or in person. These fees are reinvested into the running, upkeep and restoration of the hall.

Tickets
At the end of your booking you will have the option to choose how you receive your tickets.

E-tickets are available on all performances and will be emailed to you as soon as the booking is confirmed. Either print these out or show the barcode on your mobile device when you arrive at the hall.

If you prefer to have a printed ticket, you can choose to either have these posted, a £2 administration fee will be applicable per transaction, or leave at the hall for collection.

Please ensure that you take ID to the box office if you are collecting tickets. Tickets will only be given to the lead booker, named on the tickets.

Pricing
Performance prices are usually set by visiting companies but, where we can, we offer discounts for under 16s, students, over 60s and unemployed people.

Only one discount can be applied per person and proof of eligibility may be required.

Customers who require assistance to attend performances can apply for our essential companion scheme and purchase two tickets for the price of one.

See individual show pages for further information on discounts available.

Group bookings
Available on selected shows, for purchases of 10+ tickets. The lead booker is able to reserve tickets for an extended period and pay at a later date.

Coach parking is available for group bookings but these must be booked in advance with our box office.

Reservations
Reservations can be held for most shows for a maximum of four working days but not within 48 hours of the performance date or on the first day of tickets being on sale. Reservations will automatically be released at the end of the reservation period.

Agency tickets
For certain performances, at the request of promoters, tickets will be available from authorised ticket agencies (for example Ticketmaster, See Tickets, Gigantic). Additional fees will apply if you choose to book through these.
