Massive Attack
21st April 2009
Massive Attack are making a triumphant return to the stage with their first full UK tour in three years.
The 10-date tour this autumn will see them coming to De Montfort Hall on Friday 2 October and coincides with the release of their new studio album in September.
The tour kicks off with two dates at London’s O2 Academy, Brixton, on Thursday 17 and Friday 18 September.
Massive Attack’s last tour was for the album “Collected” released in 2006. More recently their live appearances have included Glastonbury, where they were one of the main headliners and Meltdown at London’s Southbank Centre last summer, which Massive Attack also curated.
Tickets, at £28.50 (plus £2 for non cash or cheque purchases), go on sale on Friday 24 April at 9am.
