Padmashree Pankaj Udhas, the Ghazal maestro returns to UK to celebrate his musical journey with the much awaited concert at De Montfort Hall.

His voice needs no introduction, performing from the age of eleven and determined to succeed he continued to struggle and ultimately, found his destiny ...Ghazals.

Since his first Ghazal concert in 1978 he has travelled to every county and performed in every prestigious venue including, The Royal Albert Hall.

His popularity rose in Bollywood with ‘Chitte Aaye Hai’ from the  film Naam, lending his voice to numerous hits like, ‘Sharab Cheez hi Aisi’, ‘Ek Taraf Uska Ghar’, ‘Chandi Jaisa Rang Hai Tera’, ‘Ghunghroo Toot Gaye'.  He also has more than 50 albums to his credit and latest album titled Shaayar is yet to be another blockbuster.

In 2006 Pankaj Udhas was awarded the fourth highest civilian award of ‘Padmashree’, for his contribution to Ghazal singing and social services.
