Rainer Hersch comedian and conductor

Coming in February 2011 as part of the Leicester Comedy Festival is conductor and comedian extraordinaire Rainer Hersch teaming up with the orchestra to rip off, poke fun at and generally ruin that jewel of the British concert season The Last Night of the Proms.

From Land of Hope and Glory to Rule Britannia it's all here: a high spirited, flag-waving and downright cheeky take on everything that is British and musical.
