We are once again proud to be hosting three concerts featuring our magnificent organ, including one which is an improvised accompaniment to a classic silent movie.
The first recital of the series is from Paul Hale, Rector Chori and Cathedral Organist at Southwell Minster, Nottinghamshire, having previously been Assistant Organist of Rochester Cathedral, Organist of Tonbridge School and Organ Scholar of New College, Oxford.
He is currently Chairman of the annual Diocesan Organ Advisers’ Conference and President of the Nottingham & District Society of Organists.
He is Organ Adviser to the dioceses of Southwell and Lincoln,
and is in demand throughout the UK as an independent organ consultant. He is also well known for his writings on the organ.
