What a year it's been for Pixie. Since the release of her first single Mama Do in June 2009, she has received three Brit nominations, sold two million singles, two of which were number ones, had three number one airplay hits, approaching one million albums sold globally and is quickly approaching double platinum in the UK.
Pixie Lott is certainly one of the most exciting acts to emerge in 2009 and this year looks set to be even better. She recently supported Rihanna on her huge UK tour, did her biggest TV performance to date on Britain’s Got Talent, viewed by over 10 million people, graced the covers of various magazines and filmed her first movie.
Pixie Lott will be returning to Leicester for her first ever headline tour, playing to more than 40,000 people over the course of a month. Pixie's latest single Turn It Up has just been released and was exclusively performed it on Britain’s Got Talent.
Pixie said: "I am so excited for my first headline tour. I am happiest when I am on stage performing so I can't wait to get out on the road with my band and sing every night for all my fans. I am planning a very special show so come along, I want everyone to leave smiling.”
