After selling several million records, winning two Brit Awards and the Mercury Music Prize, performing across the globe and recording a track that has become an unofficial national anthem - international anthem even, Heather Small is set to return to the stage in 2009.

As Part of M People, hits such as Moving On Up, One Night In Heaven and Search For The Hero and albums including Elegant Slumming, Bizarre Fruit and Fresco achieving massive worldwide success, Heather became one of the seminal British voices of the 1990s, with the band winning the Best British Dance Act Award at the Brits in 1994 and 1995, as well as the Mercury Music Prize.

In addition to recent appearances in front of the world’s cameras at Buckingham Palace for the 2012 Olympic Handover party, special appearances at Manchester Pride, and the Cardiff Millennium Stadium for the Welsh 6 Nations Victory Celebration, Heather has spent the autumn on our television screens every Saturday and Sunday night in the hit-series Strictly Come Dancing.

In the midst of all of this, Heather and the Snake Davis Band completed a run of 3 sell-out nights at Ronnie Scotts Jazz Club in London at the end of 2008, which were received with overwhelming acclaim.  And having spent the past few months concentrating on her dance moves, she is now very keen to get back to the singing.
