Tommy Steele’s return to the London Palladium in Scrooge sent him into the record books as the star to have headlined the most performances at London’s most famous theatre. A prestigious plaque was mounted at the Palladium to honour this extraordinary achievement.

Tommy’s legendary career includes over twenty hit singles, Hollywood movie hits such as The Happiest Millionaire and Fininan’s Rainbow, and countless award winning stage musicals such as Half a Sixpence, Hans Anderson and Singing in the Rain.

The ideal Christmas treat, Scrooge is a heartwarming family story with stunning sets and costumes, specially created illusions by magician Paul Kieve (acclaimed for the magical effects in the Harry Potter films) and a fantastic musical score which features the Oscar-nominated hit Thank You Very Much.

“This former West End hit has found a new home on the De Montfort Hall stage, and it’s a must-see seasonal show packed with atmosphere.” Leicester Mercury
